For Continual Improvement
Membership in Selected Independent Funeral Homes carries with it the responsibility to maintain the highest levels of professional conduct and service. As a requirement of membership and to continually improve services, Selected Independent Funeral Homes members regularly survey families regarding their experiences with their funeral home. The survey inquires into areas such as the condition of the funeral home, courtesy of the staff and the freedom to make decisions without sales pressure. Completed survey forms are tabulated by an independent research company and returned to the individual member firms for evaluation.
