Membership in Selected Independent Funeral Homes is by invitation only, and is extended to funeral homes and mortuaries only after a thorough evaluation of their reputation, character, service and facilities.
Members of Selected Independent Funeral Homes must meet ongoing membership requirements, including continual adherence to the Code of Good Practice, and participation in a family follow-up program. Membership carries with it numerous benefits as well as the responsibility to maintain the highest levels of professional conduct and service.
The professional distinction of membership in Selected Independent Funeral Homes is extended to firms rather than individuals and is based on character, professional ability,  reputation and service.
