Becoming a Member

Thank you for taking the time to consider membership in what we consider the world's premier association of independently owned funeral service providers. After you are accepted into membership and begin your involvement, we know you will agree! If invited into memebrship, you will be among the highest quality funeral professionals in the world and will have access to their pooled knowledge.

  • You and your staff will have ample opportunities to talk with your peers and to participate in world-class programming at Selected's meetings. You will leave these with fresh perspectives and ideas that will help you grow your business.

  • You will gain a new framework for explaining the value of your firm to those you serve.

Begin the process...

Each membership application must be endorsed by three sponsor members or by Selected's Board of Directors, including the Board representative for the applicant's geographic group.

After an approval by the Board of Directors, the members of Selected are balloted. If no significant objections are received, an official invitation is extended to the candidate firm.
