Creating Your Store Account
This online store is a standard shopping cart-based ordering system which uses secure credit card processing for payment of purchases. However, there are two levels of security built into this for store specifically for Selected members:
In order to make purchases from this store, you must create an individual account so that the store can remember your preferences and keep track of purchases for your future reference. To create an account, simply select "Create Account" from the My Account menu.
On the account setup page, you will be asked to provide basic information including your email address. You will also need to create your own private password to gain access to your store account. Please keep a record of this password for your future use, as Selected Headquarters does not know your account password and does not keep a record of it. However, the Concierge Marketplace can generate a new password for you and send it to you by email, if you forget your old one.
Note: Please do not confuse this self-assigned account password with your firm's user ID and password that identifies it as a member of Selected Independent Funeral Homes and allows access to members-only areas of our website.
Making Purchases
1. Create your individual store account, or log in to your existing account. See "Creating Your Store Account" above.
2. Select the items you wish to purchase, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Many items, such as meeting registrations, will require the entry of certain registration information. This information must be entered before you will be allowed to place the item in your shopping cart. You may add and delete items from your cart as you wish. When you are satisfied with the contents of your cart, click on the "Checkout" button.
3. If you did not log in to your individual store account before you started shopping, you will be required to do so before continuing to the checkout page.
4. If you were provided with a coupon code from Headquarters, enter it into the space provided. Next, enter your credit card payment information and click the "Continue Checkout" button.
5. After you confirm your order, your credit card will be processed using our secure connection, and you will receive our confirmation of your order both on screen and via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the transaction to appear on your credit card statement of current activity.

The Selected Concierge Marketplace is intended for use by active members of Selected Independent Funeral Homes. Use of this site by non-members will be investigated and pursued.
All amounts are shown in U.S. Dollars. Cancellation of meeting registration and/or meal packages after a specified date may be subject to a charge. Please contact Selected Headquarters for more information.
