Registration fee is shown in U.S. dollars. Cancellation of registration and/or meal packages received prior to September 17, 2010, will result in full refund less a service charge of $100.00. Cancellation received after September 17, 2010, will result in refund for registration only (not meals) plus the $100.00 charge.

Certain meeting sessions are open only to active members of Selected Independent Funeral Homes and invited guests registered for this meeting. Non-members seeking continuing education credit for other sessions must contact Selected at 1-800-323-4219 to obtain registration information.
