Needham-Storey Wampner Funeral Service is seeking a highly motivated funeral director to join our team. Needham-Storey Wampner is locally owned and operated, serving 500 families in northeastern Indiana. The primary role of this position is to arrange and conduct funeral services. The ideal funeral director should possess: leadership ability with focus on integrity and credibility, ability to communicate and work well with the team, and be self-motivated. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package including full benefits such as 100-percent-paid health insurance premiums, an HSA account to which the company contributes annually, dental, disability, every other weekend off, vacation after the first year, and a 401(k). Must have a valid Indiana funeral director license, strong verbal and communication skills, ability to speak well before small and large groups, ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out involved instructions and be able to deal with detailed problems and issues.
