Hotel Reservation Deadline: August 11, 2016
We have negotiated a special rate of $249.00/night. Our room block may be filled before the reservation deadline, so making reservations as soon as possible will offer the best chance at availability. Our special rate is available three days before and after the meeting, but only on a room availability basis as determined by the hotel.

*Childcare is available through Kid’s Night Out, an approved Walt Disney World service organization.  To use the Trust Childcare Group rate at the Convention Center, go to selectedtrust.org. For in-room services, email registration@kidsnightout.com.  Both services cost an additional fee and both will need to be reserved a minimum of 14 days in advance of the Annual Meeting.
