Make Hotel Reservations
The hotel reservation deadline is Monday, August 17, 2015.
NOTE: The Roosevelt reports rooms are filling quickly on the nights leading up to the Annual Meeting. If you plan to arrive early, it is important that you secure your reservation as soon as possible.
We have negotiated special rates starting at $205/night. Our room block may be filled before the reservation deadline, so making reservations as soon as possible will offer the best chance at availability. Our special rate is available three days before and after the meeting, but only on a room availability basis as determined by the hotel.
