Rooms are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once our room block is filled, which may be before the deadline, we cannot guarantee room availability. In addition, Selected’s negotiated rate is available before and after the meeting dates on a room availability basis (as determined by the hotel), so making reservations as soon as possible will offer the best chance at availability.
