2026 Leadership Academy Registration Opens

Form Lasting Relationships in the Leadership Academy

The Selected Leadership Academy is designed to help funeral professionals grow as leaders, strengthen teams, and deliver consistent, compassionate service. Over the course of two years, participants engage in a variety of experiences that build practical skills and lasting connections:

• Three Spring Leadership Conferences — immersive, in-person training and networking opportunities
• Ten Guided Virtual Sessions — five per year, focused on leading self, leading others, and leading the organization
• Eight One-on-One Coaching Conversations — four per year with Academy Dean, Marguerite Ham, designed to unlock potential and maximize performance
• Monthly Accountability Partner Check-Ins — reinforcing habits and applying learning in real time
