As conversations continue around the proposed merger between Selected and NFDA, Selected leadership is committed to keeping members informed every step of the way. In the coming weeks, we'll be sharing answers to some of the most common questions we've received to help provide clarity and keep everyone up to date on the latest developments.

Are we losing what makes Selected special?

No. A central goal of the merger is to preserve what has made Selected valuable for generations. The governance model we are building with NFDA is intentionally designed to ensure Selected continues to have a meaningful role within the combined organization.

We Need Your Involvement!

Working with NFDA, we have created important opportunities for more member involvement. This includes serving on the NFDA Board and Leadership Development Committee, serving on the Selected Executive Council and participating in work groups and task forces to help solidify the Selected programs, events, and services as we move over to NFDA. Those of you who worry about Selected continuing to be unique and special can help us ensure that Selected does not change by joining us and serving in these roles. This is one of the reasons why we believe so strongly that this solution is our best path forward. The more Selected members who join us the stronger our voice will be moving forward.
