Business Improvement Einstein's Way
Leverage three rules inspired by Einstein’s work to help your business amidst uncertainty and difficulty. Albert Einstein said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” He believed you must think about things differently, and three rules inspired by his work allow us to do so.
No one knows what will happen in the future, but following these three rules can get your business ready for whatever does. You will come away with practical ways to:
- Eliminate barriers affecting performance.
- Help employees make a difference together.
- Answer five key questions employees are always asking.
- Uncover hidden opportunities.
- Make two truths of human behavior your ally.

Why accept anything less than the peace of mind you get with the sustained growth of your business?
In my 40+ years working with clients across diverse industries, I have observed these truths about transforming business performance:
- There are three possible customer experiences; only one is positive
- Positive customer experiences depend on eliminating barriers that get in the way
- Removing barriers means unlocking the hearts and minds of the people who live the business every day
If you want your business to be consistently good at delivering “surprise and delight” customer experiences that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage, let’s talk. I know what it takes to get you there.
